Damaged or Defective Product
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, broken, or materially different from what was ordered, you may request a return or exchange, subject to verification.
- A complete unboxing video is mandatory for any damage or defect claim. The video should start before opening the package, clearly show the unopened package, shipping label, and the product while it is being unpacked.
- The issue must be reported to KoziCart within 24 hours of delivery by contacting our support team through the available contact channels.
- Please provide clear photographs and/or videos showing the damage or defect along with your order details.
- Claims submitted after 24 hours of delivery or without adequate proof of damage may not be eligible for return, exchange, or refund.
- Once the claim is received, KoziCart and/or the seller may review the submitted evidence before approving the return, exchange, or refund.
- If the claim is approved, the available resolution may be replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the product, seller policy, and availability.
- Normal wear and tear, minor variations in handmade products, or damage caused after delivery due to improper handling will not be considered eligible for a damage/defect claim.
